Standard Shipping and Processing

Currently, we offer Free Ground shipping on all orders. This is subject to change without notice.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.  Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

ABC Home Collection  ships some items via FedEx SmartPost®, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays). The SmartPost shipping option means that FedEx will handle your package from ABC Home Collection to your local U.S. post office and the U.S. postal service then completes final delivery.

Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options that incur surcharges (such as oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s). The above map can be used as a guideline for estimating shipping, but final shipping charges may differ from the value shown above. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.

Standard shipping prices for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will contain an additional shipping surcharge. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process. You can also call us at 626-672-0169 for more information ABC Home Collection will ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes via USPS Priority Mail for extra charge, please call for shipping rate. 

Orders shipped to an APO or FPO address could exceed the average 7-10 day delivery estimate.

Expedited Shipping and Processing

For even faster delivery, we offer 2-Business Day Express Service. Express orders received by 1 p.m. (PDT) are typically shipped the same day. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our shipping and handling rate table. Note: Ship to Home items that incur surcharges (such as oversized items) do not qualify for expedited shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our warehouse and will appear on our website under My Account along with your order information. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. There are several ways to track the status of your order:

  • Check your email . An e-mail confirmation will be sent once your order ships.
  • Visit the website . Sign-in to My Account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders at ABC Home Collection, 24 hours a day.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, contact Customer Service at 626-672-0169.

The status of your order is supplied by ABC Home Collection and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (FedEx or U.S. postal service) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. If available, the tracking information is accessible from “Order History” in “My Account”.

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact ABC Home Collection customer service immediately. Please report any item discrepancy within 30 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.
